The simple answer is NO. The deductible is the home owners financial obligation and responsibility on an insurance claim. It is illegal for a roofing contractor to just straight up pay your deductible. Be very wary of contractors that are advertising “Free Roofs” or that are saying they “will pay your deductible”.
