Typically, one or two days depending on the size of your roof.

No. We just need access to outside power, access all the way around your home and access on your driveway. Interior work goes without saying – Yes, you do need to be home.

The simple answer is NO. The deductible is the home owners financial obligation and responsibility on an insurance claim. It is illegal for a roofing contractor to just straight up pay your deductible. Be very wary of contractors that are advertising “Free Roofs” or that are saying they “will pay your deductible”. There are legal ways to help offset your deductible and sometimes you can pay little or nothing out of pocket. At Claims Pro Restoration we are insurance claims professionals. We have actively licensed insurance professionals on our staff. We do everything by the book to MAXIMIZE your claim and see you get every penny you are entitled to.

Your insurance company covers ALL of the cost of repairing your home to pre-storm condition minus your deductible. With average deductibles, you can often pay very little to no out of pocket expenses. Claims Pro Restoration MAXIMIZES your claim and makes sure every penny is on your estimate from your insurance company that is supposed to be.

Yes, we are a full-service Contractor. Unlike many companies, we COMPLETELY repair your building to its pre-loss condition. When a storm such as hail, hurricane or tornado happens the most obvious damage will be sustained to the roof, however these perils almost always cause a considerable amount of damage to other building components as well. While a roofer will only repair your roof, Claims Pro Restoration can repair your ENTIRE property to its pre-loss condition.

Maybe you don’t have any damage. However, consider this, immediately after a natural disaster such as hail, tornado or hurricane, insurance adjusters are extremely busy and many times the adjusters overlook things or just do not have proper experience with your particular type of damage. Because of this, it is important to have someone with the proper training and experience that works FOR YOU. Furthermore, Claims Pro Restoration offers FREE inspection services, so you have nothing to lose by letting us take a second look.

Claims Pro Restoration works directly with your insurance company adjuster to determine a scope of work and cost for your repairs. Claims Pro Restoration engages in fair and responsible pricing models and we utilize a third-party company named Xactimate Software (the same software used by most insurance companies) to determine the fair market price for your repairs.

No. You should choose your contractor based on the QUALITY of their work, the VALUE of their service and the length and type of WARRANTY. Your building is a valuable asset and should be repaired properly using quality materials and labor. Your mortgage company expects you to repair your property using materials and labor of like-kind and quality, which is why it is important to select a QUALITY contractor. Furthermore, regardless of which contractor you choose, your only out-of- pocket expense is your deductible and any applicable co-insurance; therefore, your decision should be based upon QUALITY and SERVICE, not price. The lowest bidder might not agree!

No, we here at Claims Pro Restoration work on a contingency basis. This allows us to do the work for you if, and only if, your insurance company approves your claim. If your claim is denied, or insufficiently funded, our Agreement may be terminated without penalty.

The benefit of a contingency contract is that your total out-of- pocket expense is known before you sign the contract. With our Insurance Restoration Contracting Agreement, we assume any risk with regards to rising costs of labor and materials and your total out-of- pocket expense will never exceed the amount of your deductible, plus any applicable co-insurance as determined by your insurance policy. In addition, if your claim is denied, the contract is VOID!

Typically, one (1) year. Fortunately, we are blessed here in Texas to have up to two (2) years to file a claim post traumatic storm. However, always check your policy for specific time-lines. You could be bound by your policy and fine print.

Simple answer, “No.” Insurance companies cannot legally penalize you for filing a claim. Filing a claim is an exercise of your coverage rights. Could you imagine if insurance companies were allowed to penalize you for filing a claim for an act of Mother Nature? No one would file claims. Therefore, why have insurance in the first place? The value of your real estate is just too important.

Insurance claims can be very complicated and often have a lot of moving parts. We at Claims Pro Restoration understand the entire insurance claim process and are willing to work with your insurance company for you. Our skilled professionals are fully trained and experienced in identifying and repairing the damages caused by hail, wind, fire and flood to help return your property to its pre-loss condition as quickly and completely as possible.

At Claims Pro Restoration our Roofing Specialist will perform a thorough inspection of your roof. Most hail or storm damage goes unnoticed with observation from the ground. You need a trained eye on your roof to inspect closely for your damage. In most cases, hail or storm damage does not cause your roof to leak immediately. It does, however, ruin your roof and you may start having leaks within just a few months if not inspected correctly.
